One serving of Liquid life cherry berry contains 800 mg of vitamin C or ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and is essential in the formation of a special protein called collagen. Collagen plays an important role in the growth and development of muscles, bones, blood vessels and cartilage. Vitamin C is also good for your teeth and plays important role absorption of iron which is very essential for human body.

Vitamin D

One serving of Liquid life cherry berry contains 400 IU of vitamin D. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin and helps in growth of strong bones. It also helps in the absorption of phosphorous and calcium from intestine which are also very essential for human body. The deficiency of this vitamin may cause deformed during childhood or weakening of bones in the later stages. Vitamin D is naturally formed when skin is ultra-violet light. Vitamin K

One serving of Liquid life cherry berry contains 80 mcg of vitamin K. Vitamin E is produced in the intestines and is fat soluble. The main sources of vitamin E include plants and bacteria. Many bacteria can synthesize the vitamin. Vitamin E plays an important role in controlling blood clotting, is also helps convert glucose to glycogen.
